Semester Loan Laptops

First Come, First Served

 

Our Dell laptops are basic--they have MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and internet browsers, such as Chrome & Firefox, installed. 

Loan Requirements:

  1. Home campus must be Leeward Community College (Pu'uloa or Wai'anae Moku). Early College students are ineligible.
  2. You must be registered for at least (1) Leeward CC course.
  3. You may only borrow a device during the semester/session(s) you are registered for.
    • Summer I: May 26 - July 6
    • Summer II: July 6 - August 17

Laptops are due at the end of the semester (or the day your class ends).

Visit our self-service laptop kiosk to borrow a Dell laptop for on-campus use. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the kiosk and log in with your UH username. 

4-Hour Loans : Equipment Booking Instructions

  1. Select your equipment below.
  2. Click on a green "Available" time slot.
  3. Review your check out and check in times. You may modify the return time as needed but it cannot exceed the item's maximum loan period. 
  4. Click:
    • "Add to Cart" if you are not ready to check out and need to request other equipment
    • "Add to Cart and Check Out" if you are ready to make the reservation
  5. If you're done adding items to your cart, click on the “Checkout button” in the upper right corner of the page
  6. After you have read through the "Terms & Conditions," click "Continue."
  7. Fill out the booking form (name, email, etc.). 
  8. You will receive a generated email with your booking.
  9. If you need to cancel your booking, you can either click on the link in the email to cancel or contact Circulation Services by phone (808-455-0210) or email (lcccirc@hawaii.edu).
